• Mimosa Systems has certified its Microsoft Exchange content archive software, NearPoint, for use with Plasmon's UDO archive appliance to help companies meet current compliance requirements and ensuring data protection and disaster recovery.
• TeraMedica Healthcare Technology, a company that deals with the integration, management, and distribution of clinical content in the healthcare domain, has partnered with Caringo, a provider of clustered storage software for active and archive content.
• InMage Systems is now a Principal Partner in the Sun Partner Advantage Program, for independent software vendors (ISVs).
• 3PAR has a new partnership with SYSDBA in South Africa to deliver utility computing solutions built on 3PAR Utility Storage. Under the terms of the agreement, SYSDBA is authorized to resell 3PAR InServ Storage Servers and 3PAR InForm software, including 3PAR Thin Provisioning, Virtual Copy, Remote Copy, Dynamic Optimization, and Virtual Domains.
• Dot Hill Systems was chosen as a subcontractor by General Dynamics C4 Systems to provide technology to support development of a conduction-cooled RAID controller storage module for the US Army's Future Combat Systems (FCS) program's Integrated Computer System (ICS).
