  • Maxtor and LSI Logic recently completed compatibility testing to provide channel customers with tested and proven SAS and SATA components to develop storage solutions. Testing included the Maxtor Atlas SAS hard drive family with the LSI MegaRAID SAS adapter and the Maxtor MaXLine enterprise SATA drive family with the LSI 3Gbps and 1.5Gbps MegaRAID SATA adapters.
  • Bantam Electronics has a partnership with Crossroads Systems, whereby Bantam is assuming operational hardware manufacturing responsibilities for Crossroads storage routing devices, StrongBox and AssurStor product lines. As part of the partnership, Bantam is also providing parts and finished product inventory management, shipping and logistics services, and delivering fully integrated level-1 warranty support.
  • Data Gentry, a storage, security, and compliance solution provider, has joined Breece Hill's Partner Program to sell the Breece Hill line of storage products, including its flagship iStoRA product.
  • FalconStor's IPStor technology and PrimeVault business model have been chosen by Chunghwa Telecom HiNet, Taiwan's largest information and telecom service provider, to power Chunghwa Telecom HiNet's data-protection services targeting small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in Taiwan.
  • Reldata's IP Storage Gateway 9200 has been certified by Microsoft's WHQL team as a hardware "Designed for Windows XP." The certification ensures compatibility of the Reldata 9200 with the Microsoft Windows XP operating system.
  • EVault has opened new Tier-1 data storage facilities in Chicago, IL, and Scottsdale, AZ. The company will also open two new regional offices in Chicago and New York.
