  • CBL Data Recovery Technologies has been selected as the data-recovery services partner for Hewlett-Packard in Australia, China, India, Singapore, and Taiwan. Under the terms of a marketing alliance, HP Service Centre and HP Contract Centre Agents will refer existing HP customers to CBL for data-recovery services when hard drives, tapes, and other storage media fail and data residing on these devices is inaccessible.

  • Plasmon has an alliance with Mitsubishi and Verbatim to manufacture and promote a new optical storage format--the UDO-DMD (Ultra Density Optical-Digital Master Disk). These DMD drives meet security and reliability requirements of the HD DVD content industry.
  • Xythos Software has established a partnership with EMC-Captiva to offer high-volume scanning capabilities to customers needing to migrate large volumes of physical documents into its applications. The Xythos Export Module for EMC Captiva enables users to classify documents during scanning, helping improve content security and process integrity.
  • South Jordan, UT-based Asierus, a network consulting firm, has certified Revinetix' disk-based backup appliances as a Carefree Technology Solution and qualified these devices for all managed backup and-recovery services offered by Asierus.
