Xyratex has signed an OEM integration agreement with Overland Storage whereby Overland will integrate Xyratex’s F5402E 4Gb FC-SAS/SATA RAID system into its ULTAMUS RAID 1200 array.

Digi-Data and Integrity Data Systems have partnered to sell Digi-Data’s clustered storage systems to customers requiring large archival solutions.

StoneFly, a wholly owned subsidiary of Dynamic Network Factory, has a US distribution agreement with PAC Data, a nationwide distributor of storage products and services.

Data Domain has chosen Xyratex’s RS-1603-E3-EBD Serial Attached SCSI (SAS) subsystem for use with Data Domain’s DD560 Enterprise Protection Storage systems.

Incipient has joined the HP Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) Partner Program. The Incipient Network Storage Platform (iNSP) software suite is now certified with HP StorageWorks enterprise virtual arrays. The companies have also formed a cooperative support agreement allowing iNSP to be installed in HP-supported SAN environments.

Zeterahas formed an alliance with IC Technology, a solutions provider in the rich media industry. IC Technology will use Zetera’s Z-SAN technology, which enables IP SANs.

CommVault and Arrow Electronics Inc., through its Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) business unit, have signed a wide-ranging distribution agreement. The agreement covers North American commercial markets and initially designates Arrow as the exclusive value-added distributor for CommVault’s full suite of enterprise data-management products and services.

Asigra has joined the MSP Partners marketing alliance, along with founding members Cisco, Ingram Micro,Intel, Level Platforms, and Microsoft, to accelerate the adoption of managed services through collective channel partners.

LexisNexis and FAST have jointly implemented a FAST InStream search technology platform into the Applied Discovery online review application. The integration now enables legal professionals to conduct a review of documents during the discovery phase.

Blue Coat Systems(BCSI), which deals in secure content and application delivery, has become a member in the Network Appliance (NTAP) Partner Program. Both companies will work together to integrate Blue Coat SG appliances with NetApp enterprise storage to provide customers with accelerated data replication and backup processes over WANs.

BladeLogic and Onaro have a technology partnership that provides an integrated management solution for server, application, and storage infrastructure. The new offering, which combines BladeLogic’s data-center automation software with Onaro’s SANscreen, enables IT organizations to model and manage application and infrastructure services consisting of server and storage configurations.

FilesX has joined LeftHand Networks’ Technology Alliance Partner Program. The two companies have validated the FilesX Xpress Restore platform and LeftHand Networks’ clustered iSCSI SANs as a data-protection and recovery solution for Windows.

Imation and Sun Microsystems have a distribution agreement naming Imation the worldwide media distributor for Sun’s line of data storage media. Under terms of the agreement, Imation will become the distributor of the full portfolio of Sun-branded tape media for entry-level, midrange, and data-center environments.

NEC and Oracle have jointly verified NEC’s implementation of Oracle’s Hardware Assisted Resilient Data (H.A.R.D.) technology in NEC’s iStorage S Series.

Data Domain, already a member in CommVault’s PartnerAdvantage program, has now been named a CommVault Strategic Partner.
