--InMage Systems has secured $15 million in a Series C round led by Intel Capital, Intel's venture capital organization. Additional investors in the round include Hummer Winblad Venture Partners and Kumar Malavalli.
--Asempra Technologies has expanded its network of partners for the company's Business Continuity Server with the addition of Lighthouse Computer Services of Lincoln, RI, an IBM business partner.
--Dot Hill Systems has selected the LSI SAS1068 3Gbps SAS controller IC to power its 2530 Serial Attached SCSI (SAS) RAID storage solution.
--Dell and EMC announced expanded support for the Oracle Optimized Warehouse Initiative with a new offering designed to make it easier for companies to implement high-performing scalable data warehousing.
--ONStor has formed a partnership with Beijing Futong, a distributor of IT products in China, adding them to its growing channel program in the Asia-Pacific region. Beijing Futong, the largest distributor and the chief agent of IBM China, will sell and support ONStor's clustered NAS solutions.
