  • BlueArc's Titan 2000 family of storage systems has been certified for interoperability with CommVault Galaxy Data Protection software, part of the CommVault Simpana 7.0 software suite.
  • Digitiliti has completed its acquisition of Storage Elements, its principal shareholder.
  • Wasabi Systems has a non-exclusive distribution agreement with Tech Data, which will distribute Wasabi Storage Builder solutions to VARs in the US.
  • Diligent Technologies has secured $10.5 million in Series D funding, bringing the total amount raised to date to $46.5 million. New investor Eastward Capital joins existing investors Matrix, Accel, and Gemini to support Diligent in this round of funding.
  • QLogic's SANbox 9000 Series Fibre Channel director switches and SANbox 5600 Fibre Channel stackable switches have been certified with IBM System Storage SAN Volume Controller.
  • Vivisimo, a provider of search software, has an OEM and resell agreement with Interwoven, a provider of content management solutions. Through this partnership, Vivisimo's Velocity will power Interwoven's Universal Search-Professional Services Edition and will be delivered and supported by Interwoven's sales channels.
  • Digi-Data has opened a new facility in Broomfield, CO.
