  • Iron Mountain signed a definitive agreement to acquire Stratify Inc. for approximately $158 million in cash. Stratify offers in-depth discovery and data investigation solutions for AmLaw 200 law firms and Fortune 500 corporations.
  • Xiotech has acquired Seagate Technology's Advanced Storage Architecture (ASA) group. In the acquisition, Xiotech purchased certain assets of the ASA business and acquired a license to the associated technology.
  • QLogic's SANbox 5600Q Series Fibre Channel stackable switches are now available from Hitachi Data Systems, a wholly owned subsidiary of Hitachi Ltd., and authorized Hitachi Data Systems resellers.
  • Dynamic Network Factory has partnered with Bell Microproducts to offer the StorMacX line through Bell Microproducts' network of more than 1,300 independent Apple-authorized resellers across the US.
