JMR Electronics has announced a reseller deal with ASI whereby ASI will distribute JMR's BlueStor line of storage subsystems. JMR also announced compatibility between its BlueStor systems and PCIe RAID controllers from LSI, including the MegaRAID 8308ELP, 8344ELP, and 888ELP.

3PAR announced that its initial public offering of 7,500,000 shares of common stock has been priced at $14 per share. 3PAR's common stock will be listed on NYSE Arca under the trading symbol "PAR" and began trading November 16, 2007. Net proceeds to the company are expected to be approximately $95 million.
