  • PHNS, an IT and business process service firm focused on the healthcare industry, has acquired remote online backup pioneer AmeriVault. AmeriVault will operate as a PHNS subsidiary together with PHNS's Network Technology Group (NTG) subsidiary, which also provides data protection and other IT services.

  • CA has certified Atto Technology's Virtual Tape hardware, the FastStream VT 5300 and FastStream VT 5700, for use with their CA ARCserve Backup software.
