-- KOM Networks has certified its KOMpliance data protection and retention platform with CommVault's Simpana 8 software.

-- Atto Technology has announced that its Celerity 4Gbps Fibre Channel HBAs have been qualified by EMC as E-Lab tested for use with Clariion and Symmetrix systems in Mac environments.

-- Index Engines announced validation of its 3.0 indexing platform for EMC's Celerra platforms, claiming sustained rates of more than 1TB per hour per node.

-- Sanbolic has extended its shared storage software to create the Sanbolic Melio Data Center. The software runs on any Windows server and industry standard SAN storage to create a shared, centrally managed storage resource pool for physical servers, hypervisors, and application servers on virtual machines.
