Last month, IBM announced Netfinity Direct, an enterprise-level service program and option whereby customers may receive direct fulfillment from IBM. The company also announced an expansion of its Advanced Fulfillment Initiative in an effort to further reduce reseller channel inventories, deliver more aggressive pricing, and improve product delivery speed for all Personal Systems products.
