Mitsubishi Electronics America recently announced that its parent, Mitsubishi Electric, has achieved PC 97 certification from Microsoft for its slimline 12.7mm (half-inch) SuperDisk120MB floppy disk drive. This means Mitsubishi`s drives have been optimized for running on Windows 95 and NT 4.0.
