StorageTek and German-based Siemens Nixdorf last month announced a worldwide OEM and reseller partnership. The pact calls for Siemens to resell StorageTek?s tape archiving products worldwide; Siemens will also bundle them with its own storage products. To facilitate the building of SAN fabrics, StorageTek and Brocade Communications have announced a reseller agreement. StorageTek will sell and support the 16-port SilkWorm Fibre Channel switch.
