Legato Systems an-nounced plans to acquire FullTime Software for approximately $69.4 million. Formerly known as Qualix Group, FullTime provides distributed, enterprise-level software that manages application service-level availability. Upon completion of the acquisition, Legato plans to integrate FullTime`s complete product suite. Legato also announced its SAN Ready Program, which makes implementing advanced storage management faster by helping Legato customers easily identify interoperable SAN hardware components certified with Legato`s SAN-enabled products.
