Gordian Partners and the Taiwan-based Media Press have formed New Techology Development (NTD), a Laguna Hills, CA, company that will manufacture and market network-attached CD-ROM jukeboxes. NTD officials anticipate shipping 1,000-disc jukeboxes in April.
