HighGround announces ESRM suite

HighGround Systems released Storage Resource Manager (SRM) 3.0, an enterprise version of its Web-based software that centrally monitors the availability, use, and performance of Windows NT and BackOffice storage. HighGround has improved scalability in SRM through its integration with Microsoft SQL Server. To help with various tasks, including NT server rollout, server consolidation, backup/recover, and capacity planning, the console-like interface creates shortcuts to commonly requested reports, such as user quotas, capacity planning, file analysis, and storage load balancing.

Available through resellers and distributors, SRM 3.0 server is priced at $2,500. Each managed Windows NT server is $400, and each managed Windows NT workstation is $50. www.highground.com.
