Apcon switch supports Ultra2 LVD SCSI

Apcon last month began shipments of its 6 x 4 SCSI switch, which supports the low-voltage differential (LVD) feature of the 80MBps Ultra2 SCSI interface. Designed to connect multiple external SCSI devices to servers and workstations, the switch enables four independent SCSI host ports to be connected in any combination to six peripheral ports, allowing 42 SCSI peripherals to be shared. Available with AC or DC redundant power supplies, the switch is priced at $3,995. Apcon is in Portland, OR.
