Tandberg Data and IBM agreed to expand their existing OEM contract as IBM plans to include the Tandberg SLR50 tape drive in its new series of AS/400e servers. The drive will be offered with the new version of the AS/400e Server 170 in addition to the new 720, 730, and 740 models.
