Exabyte said it plans to integrate Quantum`s DLT 8000 tape drive into all Exabyte DLTtape libraries. Customer shipments will begin when Quantum begins shipping the DLT8000. Automation-ready drives will also be available for current Exabyte DLT library customers who want to upgrade to the DLT 8000 drive.
