Veritas Software recently acquired the assets of NuView Inc., including the ClusterX Windows NT clustering management product. Veritas officials anticipate the purchase will expand its high availability management software for Windows NT and improve its overall enterprise storage management offerings for heterogeneous and distributed environments.
