Following storage networking companies Brocade Communications and Gadzoox Networks to the stock market, Austin, TX-based Crossroads Systems filed for an initial public offering last month. While the exact number of shares has not yet been determined, Crossroads plans to offer up to $46 million of its common stock. SG Cowen Securities Corp. is the lead manager of the offering. Dain Rausher Wessels, and Morgan Keegan & Co. are co-managers.
