I-Tech tests Fibre Channel

Supporting all Fibre Channel topologies (point-to-point, fabric and arbitrated loop), I-Tech`s IFC-3 Fibre Channel Emulation System analyzes SCSI-FCP traffic and is capable of error injection at both the SCSI-FCP and FC-2 layers. The device is designed for development, qualification and production testing of Fibre Channel disk drives and peripherals. Hardware features include data pattern generators, on-board data buffers and FIFOs, error injection, and data compare circuitry for comparing incoming payloads to expected data patterns.

Software functionality includes pre-built compiled tests, support for multi-threading, command queuing, and command linking.
