-- Asigra has certified its Hybrid Cloud Backup and Recovery platform with the Hitachi NAS Platform, and has joined the Hitachi Data Systems (HDS) Technical Alliance Program.

-- C2C announced a new edition to its family of email archiving products called ArchiveOne Express, aimed at organizations with 20 to 200 Microsoft Exchange mailboxes. ArchiveOne Express also includes C2C's new ArchiveOne CloudDR option for automated cloud-based disaster recovery, entering beta this month. ArchiveOne Express will be available through C2C's channel of systems integrators and VARs with trial downloads available on C2C's website. List price for ArchiveOne Express is less than $795 for 20 users.

-- Atempo introduced new management and support features with Atempo Digital Archive 3.0, including an integrated media management layer, enhanced disaster recovery capabilities, an XML plug-in, support for multi-partitioned archive operations, and compatibility with NetApp NAS systems. ADA 3.0 will be generally available in October 2009.

-- Storwize has joined the Hitachi Data Systems Technology Alliance Program to offer real-time compression technology to HDS storage customers.

-- Nexsan's customers can now apply for incentives from Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E). The PG&E incentive program rewards data center managers who deploy Nexsan's AutoMAID (Automatic Massive Array of Idle Disks) technology, for Intelligent Power Management (IPM).
