I don't have the time to complete your subscription form. Can I still get a free subscription? I filled out my subscription form but have not yet received my first issue. When will my subscription begin? Because these publications have controlled circulation and are free to qualified professionals, there are a predetermined number of magazines we can send each month. The waiting period varies depending on the amount of names removed each month. How do I notify you of an address, job title, or company name change? Due to audit guidelines, you must complete a new subscription form to InfoStor and re-submit your application to continue receiving your issues if your address, job title, or company name changes. Where do I find my account number and priority code? Only current subscribers will have an account number. It is a 7-digit number located on your magazine label above your name. A priority code is an alphanumeric code generally located at the bottom of most printed subscription forms. How can I cancel my subscription to InfoStor ? You can contact customer service for InfoStor directly to cancel your subscription. The customer service phone number is 1-847-559-7500. What is an audit? BPA International is an independent auditing firm that audits most trade publications. They will run a series of verification tests to prove that the circulation information reported is correct and accurate. What is an audit cycle? There are specific audit cycles set for most publications. They run from the December to November issues, or from the June to May issues. Why am I contacted so much to renew my subscription? Most trade publications are required by audit guidelines to re-qualify their subscribers once a year by having them fill out a new subscription form. We will make several attempts to contact you for your renewal, but if you respond with the first effort each year (May or November depending on the audit cycle), and are qualified, you shouldn't be contacted again until the next year. Why was I asked a personal identifying question? If you are submitting a subscription form via the web or over the phone, audit rules require we have a personal identifying question in lieu of a signature to prove that it was a personal direct request from you. The information collected is never used outside of the audit. |
