-- Cisco (NASDAQ:CSCO) launched the NSS 300 Series this week, the latest addition to the Cisco Smart Storage family of NAS storage systems that include integrated applications for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), according to InfoStor sister site Small Business Computing.
The NSS 300 Series includes software to, for example, help a small business set up a Web server and design its own website. The system also includes on-disk data encryption and the WordPress publishing platform for blogging.
Cisco Small Business NSS 300 Series Smart Storage list prices range from $913 to $5,625 USD, depending on the model. The series is available in two-, four- and six-bay desktop network storage configurations with up to 12 terabytes of capacity using 2TB hard disk drives (HDDs).
